What is the 21-Day Ab Blaster Challenge?

It’s time to strengthen, tone, and chisel those abs and strengthen your entire core while we’re at it!! We’ve got a combination of a Ab Blaster crunch circuit, some heart pumping Core Cardio moves and some delightful Core Stretches. We will increase reps and intervals over the course of 3 weeks. Not only will this challenge deliver a firmer midsection, the increase in strenght will make your entire life … easier! 

When does the 21-Day Ab Blaster Challenge start?

We will do this challenge together in the private community facebook page Tuesday, November 10th, 2020. I like starting my challenges on Tuesday these days because it gives us time to get all set up and ready to go! If you’re not a member, join now! We’ll have a daily check in prompt for accountability and motivation. If you have missed the community challenge date, no problem! there are not dates on this tracker so you can still download it for you and your friends and do this challenge anytime!

How do I participate in the 21-Day Ab Blaster Challenge?

It’s easy! Just download your tracker by registering here, be sure you’re in the community facebook group and get ready! Do the daily workouts, share your progress and enjoy the benefits of feeling in control of your your fitness and getting stronger and leaner. Depending on your fitness level, this can be a stand alone plan, or fit right into your existing schedule. You decide what’s best for your body.

What results can I expect from the 21-Day Ab Blaster Challenge?

That a tough question to answer because your results are 100% dependent on your commitment and effort. The challenge is designed to get you focused on strengthening your core. When done perfectly, not only will you see stronger, firmer midsection, everything from getting out of bed to carrying groceries will be easier. A strong core is also essential in preventing lower back pain.

How can I maximize my results of the 21-Day Ab Blaster Challenge?

While not at all required, you have the option to double down on our flat ab success by signing up for the official launch of my 10-Day Flat Belly Detox, which also starts Tuesday, November 10th. With a huge focus on unprocessed, plant forward, anti-inflammatory, anti-bloat foods, it’s the perfect 1-2 combo to really see some results!

Do I have to pay for this Challenge?

Nope! My community challenges have always been free. I’m all about barrier free/excuse free exercise and I’ve been hosting free fitness challenges since 2013. My goal is to get you moving and having fun no matter what. However, I did recently put in the option to pay if you’d like. You can pay anywhere from $5 for the full challenge or up to $1 per day (in this case $21) for my challenges from now on.

Why would I pay for a Challenge if I don’t have to?

Great question and there are two answers:

  1. Most of the time, you get what you pay for. I’ve hosted free community challenges for years, but I’ve never offered free coaching. And that is because when you’re willing to put (even a little) money on the line, it levels up your commitment. And your results are 100% reliant on your commitment to follow through. By giving you the option to pay, you have the chance to make a larger commitment to yourself to help ensure you get better results!
  2. Let’s be real, this girl has gotta pay the bills (lol). I’ve been hosting challenges for so long, they are fairly “easy” for me to do at this point.  But if these challenge can generate (even a little) revenue, it will allow me to invest more into them. I’ll be able to provide more support, resources, encouragement and advice.  You’ll notice this is an ad-free blog and I no longer feature sponsored content like I have in the past.
