Customized Coaching Programs

In addition to the collection of digital coaching programs I’ve created, I also understand that each person is unique and a complete custom plan may be exactly what you need to make change.  Often I work with clients on a one on one, weekly basis and together we navigate the process together. Depending on how much support you’d like, I have developed several packages.

Customized Nutrition Coaching Packages:

Initial Intake/Plan + 28-Day Meal Plan: (45 min) 

  • Food log review (they will have to do 24-72 hours before meeting. I’ll provide the form or they can use an ap like Fat Secrets and have it sent to me.)
  • Intake interview (Lifestyle, diet history, must haves, can’t stands, etc.)
  • Menu plan prescription (includes 28 day meal plan at specific calorie level with grocery list)
  • Goal setting (Short and long term)

Live Weekly Check Ins (15-20 min)

  • Scheduled for phone or Skype session
  • Review meal plan, progress, barriers, Q&A
  • Set goals for week

Weekly Email Check Ins

  • Structured email check in with specific questions to stoke the change fire.
  • Review meal plan, progress, barriers, Q&A
  • Set goals for week

Monthly Check Ins (30 min)

  • Scheduled for phone or Skype session
  • Client will have worksheet to prepare for session
  • Review meal plan, progress, barriers, Q&A
  • Set/review short and long term for month
Level 1: Most Support $349 1st mo, $249 after
